Shipping policy
Made-to-order turnaround
All items are made to order by one person, in the order they are received. During busy season, turnaround is typically 4 to 5 weeks, but can vary based on the current queue, supply delays, and order complexity.
Order processing and updates
You will receive an order confirmation after purchase. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when tracking is available).
Shipping timelines
Shipping transit times begin after your order is completed and shipped. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays (weather, peak season, carrier volume) are outside my control.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I’m not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
No returns, no cancellations on custom orders
Because items are custom and made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations are not accepted once an order is in production. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order only. After 24 hours, your order is locked into the production queue and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.
Chargebacks and fraud
Chargebacks submitted after an order has entered production or shipped are treated as fraudulent disputes. I will provide Shopify, the payment processor, and the carrier with documentation including order details, production timeline, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
US Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees at the time of delivery.
