• Sleeve names (if applicable)

• Thread colour preference

• Heart or no heart on sleeve

📍 GARMENT DROP-OFF / DELIVERY

Once your order is confirmed, customer-provided garments may be dropped off or delivered to the large customer bin located in front of the garage at:

⚠️ CUSTOMER-PROVIDED GARMENT POLICY

By purchasing this listing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• While every precaution is taken, Crafted by Kate cannot be held liable for damage to customer-provided garments during the embroidery process

• A minimum of 8" × 8" of usable fabric is required for best design results

✂️ DESIGN & STITCHING DETAILS

• Appliqué designs are stitched with a solid border unless otherwise requested

• Sleeves include names with a solid heart
  (Appliquéd hearts must be specifically requested)

• No variations from the listing example are permitted for sleeve designs

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct sweater size using the attached size chart
