At Crafted by Kate, we recognize the significance of your cherished garments and are delighted to transform them into one-of-a-kind masterpieces with our MAMA Appliqué Embroidered Sweaters. Important Notice: Please be aware that by selecting this listing, adding it to your cart, or completing the checkout process, you are confirming your agreement with our policy on customer-provided materials. While the utmost care is exercised throughout the production process, Crafted by Kate cannot be held liable for any potential damage that may occur to the provided garment during its transformation into your personalized keepsake. For optimal results, I kindly request a minimum of 6.5" x 6.5" of material to ensure that the design can be crafted to its fullest potential.

• Provided garments will be stitched with a solid border, unless otherwise requested.
• Customers are responsible for confirming their appropriate sweater size by referencing the attached size chart.
• If thread colour preference is not noted, a thread colour matching your garments will be selected.
• If your sweater colour preference is not listed, please include in your personalization notes.

Once your order has been confirmed, garments can be delivered, or dropped off in the large customer bin (located in front of garage) to:
